Nefarian is the last boss in Blackwing Lair, he is a ?? elite with 2,165,150 health.

Phase 1

1. He is invulnerable and will walker around shadow bolting, mind controlling and fearing raid members.
2. Drakonids will spawn from each of the two doors in the room, they will be two different colors representing their different abilities.
3. Black Drakonids do fire attacks and are resistant to shadow and fire damage.
4. Blue Drakonids do a mana drain attack and are resistant to frost damage.
5. Bronze Drakonids reduce attack and cast speed, also resistant to arcanr damage.
6. Green Drakonids stun and are resistant to nature damage.
7. Red Drakonids do fire attack stacking aoe and are resistant to fire damage.

Phase 2

1. After killing the drakonids Nefarian will do Shadow Flame, which does about 1,000 shadow damage to everyone in the raid. Make sure you're wearing Onyxia Scale Cloak or it will engulf you.
2. Bellowing Roar is an AoE fear which he casts every 30 seconds.
3. Cleave does damage to anyone in front of Nefarian.
4. Tail Lash knocks players standing too close to his tail back.
5. Veil of Shadow which is a 75% healing debuff which can be removed.
6. He does a class debuff every 25-35 seconds.
7. Druids get stuck in cat form.
8. Hunters ranged weapon in use will break, so uneqip before each class call.
9. Mages will polymorph other raid members.
10. Paladins melee abilities do no damage.
11. Priests heals stack a debuff which deals damage every second.
12. Rogues are be ported to Nefarian and cannot move.
13. Shaman totems start attacking them.
14. Warlocks will spawn infernals.
15. Warrior get stuck in Berserker Stance.

Phase 3

1. When Nefarian is at 20% health he will resurrect all the drakonids you killed in Phase 1.
2. They will have lower health, so aoe them down.
