submitted by: wtbachievementsMutanus the Devourer is a level 20 elite with 3,872 health. He is spawned by an event, you must first kill all 4 Fanglords then go back to the start of the Wailing Caverns. Speak and escort Disciple of Naralex, at the end Mutanus the Devourer will spawn.
- Only thing to watch out for here is Mutanus the Devourer terrify or fear effects and Naralex's Nightmare which puts a party member to sleep. During this time use your weakest attack to awaken the member.
