A tank doing 3,000 dps probably won't happen so the 6 DPS need to make up for the loss in dps. Depending on the tanks DPS each dpser excluding the tanks will need to do roughly 3,300 dps.

2. Both tanks run in and have to establish aggro, letting one tank be the Hateful Strike tank.
3. The rest of the fight is a basic tank and spank, your raid will need roughly 12,000 DPS.
