Below are the series of quests you'll need to complete.

Mor'zul Bloodbringer - For Alliance this quest begins with either Spackle Thornberry in the Mage Quarter of Stormwind or Jubahl Corpseseeker in the Forlorn Cavern of Ironforge. For Horde, Martha Strain in the Magic Quarter of Undercity or Kurgul in The Cleft of Shadow in Orgrimmar will have the quest. They will send you to speak with Mor'zul Bloodbringer in the Burning Steppes. You'll find him at 12, 31 in the most Northwestern section of the map near the Altar of Storms.

Rage of Blood - Bring 30 bottles of Raging Beast's Blood to Mor'zul Bloodbringer in the Burning Steppes. You'll need to travel to Winterspring to gather these. The white Owlkin around 65, 21 near the Hidden Grove should drop them, or you can try near Darkwhisper Gorge.

Wildeyes - Bring the Case of Blood to Gorzeeki Wildeyes in the Burning Steppes. He's right near Mor'zul.

Lord Banehollow - Purchase Shadowy Potions from Gorzeeki in the Burning Steppes. Use the potions to travel through Jaedenar, and speak with Lord Banehollow. First, you'll need to purchase some Shadowy Potions from Gorzeeki. You may want to bring some health potions as well if you are doing this quest at level 60. Head over to Felwood and into the cave in Jaedenar. He's pretty far in, around 35, 44. Be sure to drink the potion before you head inside so the mobs don't attack you.

Ulathek the Traitor - Confront Ulathek, then bring The Traitor's Heart to Lord Banehollow in Jaedenar. Ulathek is at 41, 48 inside the cave. He has four guards, so it may be advisable to use your Voidwalker to hold them off. Be sure to loot the heart off his body!

Xorothian Stardust - Purchase Xorothian Stardust from Ur'dan. Bring it to Gorzeeki Wildeyes in the Burning Steppes. The Stardust costs 150g and Ur'dan is right next to Banehollow. Now head back to Gorzeeki in the Burning Steppes.

Imp Delivery - Bring the Imp in a Jar to the alchemy lab in the Scholomance. After the parchment is created, return the jar to Gorzeeki Wildeyes. This is a simple quest, especially if you have high level friends to help! The alchemy lab is located inside the same room as Ras Frostwhisper. All you need to do is let the imp loose and he will get the paper. Now return to Gorzeeki back at the Burning Steppes.

Bell of Dethmoora - Bring 2 Elixirs of Shadow Power to Gorzeeki Wildeyes in the Burning Steppes. These are created by alchemists, so you can either create them if this is your profession or purchase some from one. The materials are 3 Ghost Mushrooms and 1 Crystal Vial.

Wheel of the Black March - Bring 6 Large Brilliant Shards and 25 Dark Iron Ore to Gorzeeki in the Burning Steppes. The Shards come from disenchanting level 51-55 blue items. If you are not an enchanter, you should have no problems buying some from the AH. If you have a higher level enchanter friend, you can ask them to go on a run with you through a level 51-55 instance like Stratholme and DE the boss drops. The Dark Iron Ores can be mined in the Burning Steppes, Searing Gorge, Blackrock Depths and Molten Core. If you are not a miner, or don't have a friend who can mine for you then you can try buying some from the AH.

Doomsday Candle - Bring 3 Black Dragonscales to Gorzeeki Wildeyes in the Burning Steppes. These scales can be skinned from the dragonkin in the Burning Steppes area. If you are not a skinner, or don't have a friend who can skin for you, you should be able to purchase some from the AH.

Arcanite - After you've completed Bell of Dethmoora, Wheel of the Black March, and Doomsday Candle this quest will open up. All you have to do is bring 1 Arcanite Bar to Gorzeeki in the Burning Steppes. These are transmuted by Alchemists using 1 Thorium Bar and 1 Arcane Crystal. If you are not an alchemist or don't know one, you may be able to purchase one off the AH.

Dreadsteed of Xoroth - Read Mor'zul's Instructions. Summon a Xorothian Dreadsteed, defeat it, then bind its spirit to you. Another Warlock with the Jar, the Lodestone, and the Glyphs can summon the steed which will save you some gold. Otherwise, you will need to purchase J'eevee's Jar for 150G, Black Lodestone for 50G, and Xorothian Glyphs for 50G from Gorzeeki. Wowwiki has a really nice guide on completing this step of the quest chain.
