submitted by: lihmtubesniffTo get this, you can either buy it on the Auction House for an extremely high amount of gold (29000g+) or find it your self.
If you are going to get it without buying it on the Auction House you need lvl 525 in alchemy and lvl 450 in archeology. You need to find the recipe for it, found in the Tol'Vir Common artifact Canopic jar. It is found only in Uldum.
