- The manual is a random world drop, though the drop rate is highest in Zul'Drak.
- To make 500 Heavy Frostweave Bandages you will need 1,000 Frostweave Cloth. The cloth drops off of humanoids all throughout Northrend, but tends to drop in higher amounts inside instances.
Blue post on patch 3.1 states - "You no longer need to learn cooking from books. The trainers have finally done their reading and are able to teach you the same thing."
