She's the boss in Darnasses. She's located at 39, 81 on the second floor of the Temple of the Moon. Good news is not many high levels hang around there, so your

raid

will probably not have much interference. Kill all the guards around her to prevent spawning of new guards. Drain her mana as much as you can. Bring a lot of AOE healers. She has 4 abilities

  1. Moonfire

  3. Searing Arrow
  4. Starfall
