Go to Silvermoon City with a full raid group and start clearing the guards and Horde up to him. Keep Boomkins and Elemental shamans around to knock back the horde. Silvermoon City is usually not a heavily populated Horde town, so they shouldn't give you too much trouble! He has 4 abilities:

  1. Arcane Shock
  2. Cleave
  3. Mana Burn
  4. Mass Charm
