The Oracles are located in Sholazar Basin. If you are looking to start gaining faction with the Oracles you will need to obtain a quest chain from Tracker Gekgek at The Skyreach Pillar in Sholazar Basin called Playing Along.

The Oracles Daily Quests

The daily quests listed below are all random, a player will receive 3 per day rewarding a total of 1,700 reputation per day.

1. A Cleansing Song is obtained from Oracle Soo-nee at Rainspeaker Canopy in Sholazar Basin and rewards 500 reputation. You are to play a cleansing chime with Chime of Cleansing at three locations and kill the evil spirits that roam there. Spirit of Atha is at Bittertide Lake (43,42), Spirit of Ha-Khalan is at River's Heart (49,63) and Spirit of Koosu is at Wintergrasp River (46,74)
2. Appeasing the Great Rain Stone is obtained from High-Oracle Soo-say at Rainspeaker Canopy in Sholazar Basin and rewards 500 reputation. For this one you'll need a gurloc buddy! You can bring along Lafoo, Jaloot or Moodle - just ask High-Oracle Soo-say for their respective item. Your gurloc will dig up treasures that you need to collect. Those pulsating sparkles on the ground indicate where they are! Sometimes your buddy will dig up bugs or rabbits so it may take some time.
3. Mastery of the Crystals is obtained from Oracle Soo-dow at Rainspeaker Canopy in Sholazar Basin and rewards 700 reputation. You are to find the crystal defenses and slay 50 Frenzyheart attackers with it! The crystals are inside a small chest at 33,75. 22,79 is a good place to find those pesky Frenzyhearts!
4. Power of the Great Ones is obtained from Oracle Soo-dow at Rainspeaker Canopy in Sholazar Basin and rewards 700 reputation.
5. Song of Fecundity is obtained from Oracle Soo-nee at Rainspeaker Canopy in Sholazar Basin and rewards 500 reputation. This is pretty straightforward. All you need to do is fly to the top of Lifeblood Pillar (65,58) and charge up your Dormant Polished Crystal. Then head over to 22,79 to slay 30 Frenzyhearts. Using the Energized Polished Crystal will help you out!
6. Song of Reflection is obtained from Oracle Soo-nee at Rainspeaker Canopy in Sholazar Basin and rewards 500 reputation. Oracle Soo-nee wants you to use the provided Didgeridoo of Contemplation at the top of 4 different pillars to clear your mind. The four locations are the Glimmering Pillar (49,37), Mosslight Pillar (36,75), Skyreach Pillar (53,79), and Suntouched Pillar (33,52).
7. Song of Wind and Water is obtained from Oracle Soo-nee at Rainspeaker Canopy in Sholazar Basin and rewards 500 reputation. Take your Drums of the Tempest to call Haiphoon and have him devour 4 Aqueous Spirits and 4 Storm Revenants. Both mobs are located at Stormwright's Shelf (24,33).
8. Will of the Titans is obtained from Oracle Soo-dow at Rainspeaker Canopy in Sholazar Basin and rewards 700 reputation. First you must obtain a Tainted Crystal from a Frenzyheart at Sparktouch Haven (22,79). Then you need to use it at the Great Lightning Stone (33,75) to summon Soo-holu's powers. This will turn you into Soo-holu and give you different abilities to use against the nearby Frenzyheart.
