The easiest thing to do first is earn the right to represent a city in the Argent Tournament.

If you're new to the Argent Tournament, then you may find this useful Champion Guide. Inside has all the quests involved with becoming a Champion for a city of the Alliance. This particular one is for Darnassus, but they are the same for each city. Following this guide and completing the dailies everyday should earn you the Champion status in roughly 5 days.

Once you've become a Champion you can start working on your reputation with the Silver Covenant. The only way to do this is through completing the daily quests at the Argent Tournament. Whether you're working on becoming a Champion, or completing the Champion Seal quests, you will gain reputation with the Silver Covenant when you turn them in. Once you've completed this achievement, you'll open up three of the following dailies. They will be random just like the others.
