  • Objective: Honor the Elders which are located inside the dungeons.

Honor the Elders which are located inside the dungeons. The Elder will have a yellow exclamation point above their head and reward you with a Coin of Ancestry as well as 75 rep to all your faction cities.

  1. Elder Chogan'gada in Utgarde Pinnicle: Chogan'gada is a Taunka located in Utgarde Pinnicle. Utgarde Pinnicle is located in Howling Fjord. He's there for both Normal and Heroic, but you will most likely need to kill Skadi in order to get to him under the stairs. While you're at it you might as well grab the Utgarde Pinnacle, Heroic Utgarde Pinnacle, Kings Bane, Lodi Dodi We Loves the Skadi, The Incredible Hulk and/or My Girl Loves to Skadi All the Time achievements.

  2. Elder Farwhisper in Stratholme: Farwhisper is a Night Elf located in Stratholme. Stratholme is in Eastern Plaguelands. If you do not have the Key to the City, then you'll need to go through the front entrance, take the first left and follow signs towards Market Row. Once there you'll pass through a gate that will close on you and spawn mobs. After you've killed them and the gate opens, take a right and make your way towards the Town Hall. He's located in Festival Lane. Please note that without the key, you'll need to hearth out of the instance or kill Magistrate Barthilas to get the key and exit through the Service Gate. If you do have the key, enter the instance through the Service Gate. Pass through Elder Square and take a right towards the Townhall. If you haven't already done so, you may want to take this oppertunity to get the Stratholme achievement by killing Baron Rivendare.

  3. Elder Igasho in The Nexus: Igasho is a Taunka located inside the Nexus instance. The Nexus is in Coldarra, Borean Tundra. He's located near Ormorok the Tree Shaper. While, it's best to just grab the Elder while on a run, it is possible to sneak your way to him. Wowhead has some strategies from players who've managed to do so. While you're at it, you can grab the The Nexus, Chaos Theory, Heroic: The Nexus, Intense Cold, and/or Split Personality achievements.

  4. Elder Jarten in Utgarde Keep: Jarten is a Dwarf located inside Utgarde Keep. Utgarde Keep is in Howling Fjord. To find him, you go through Prince Keleseth's room and through the corridor with the Undead mobs. Follow up the stairs and he will be on the right at the end of the room. Most classes will find that they can get to him solo at 80. If you can't, get a group and also get your Utgarde Keep, Heroic: Utgarde Keep, and/or On the Rocks achievements.

  5. Elder Kilias in Drak'Tharon: Kilias is a Dwarf inside Drak'Tharon Keep. Drak'Tharon Keep is in Zul'Drak. He's inside King Dred's room. If you are feeling daring, check out WowHead's user comments for some strategies on how to solo your way to him. Otherwise, get a group and run it! While you're there you can get the Drak'Tharon Keep, Better Off Dred, Comsumption Junction, Heroic: Drak'Tharon Keep, and/or Oh Novos achievements.

  6. Elder Morndeep in Blackrock Depths: Morndeep is a Dwarf located inside Blackrock Depths. Blackrock Depths is in the Burning Steppes at Blackrock Mountain. He's in the Ring of Law. If you wait too long to get out of the Ring, you will begin the event. You have about a 40 second window! Check out this Map if you are having trouble getting to the Ring of Law. If you haven't already, you can get your Blackrock Depths achievement.

  7. Elder Nurgen in Azjol-Nerub: Nurgen is a Dwarf located inside Azjol-Nerub. Azjol-Nerub is located in Dragonblight. He's down the hole past the second boss. While you will need a group to get to this guy, it's a very simple instance and very possible to complete with just 3 level 80s. You can also get Azjol-Nerub, Gotta Go, Hadronox Denied, Heroic: Azjol-Nerub, Respect Your Elders (lol), and/or Watch Him Die achievements.

  8. Elder Ohanzee in Gundrak: Ohanzee is a Taunka located inside Gundrak. Gundrak is in Zul'Drak. This Elder is only available on Heroic mode which means you need to be level 80. You must kill Moorabi in order to open up Eck (which is where he's located). So, get yourself a group and give it a go! If you need some strategies for the bosses check out our Heroic: Gundrak guide. Along with this avchievement, you can get Less-rabi, Share The Love, Snakes, Why'd It Have To Be Snakes?, and/or What the Eck? achievements.

  9. Elder Splitrock in Maraudon: Splitrock is a Dwarf located inside Maraudon. Maraudon is in Desolace in the Valley of Spears. He's located under Princess, kind of near Rotgrip. If you haven't already you may as well kill Princess for the Maraudon achievement.

  10. Elder Starsong in the Sunken Temple: Starsong is a Night Elf inside the Sunken Temple. The Sunken Temple is the Swamp of Sorrows. If you are level 70+ you will only need to kill one group of Dragonkin to get to her. Check out this Map for a better idea of her location. While you're there, get the Sunken Temple achievement if you haven't done so.

  11. Elder Stonefort in Blackrock Spire: Stonefort is a Dwarf inside Blackrock Spire. Blackrock Spire is located in the Burning Steppes inside Blackrock Mountain. This is technically Lower Blackrock Spire. When you enter the instance, take the first stairs on the right, then take the immediate right. Jump off of the ledge and follow the tunnel that's on your left. This will lead you to Hordemar City. Follow the bridge and he should be right there. You can also get the Lower Blackrock Spire achievement if you haven't already.

  12. Elder Wildmane in Zul'Farrak: Wildmane is a Tauren located inside Zul'Farrak. Zul'Farrak is in Tanaris near Gadgetzan. She's at the pool where you would summon Gahz'rilla. If you haven't already done so, get your Zul'Farrak achievement!

  13. Elder Yurauk in the Halls of Stone: Yurauk is a Dwarf inside the Halls of Stone. The Halls of Stone is located in the Storm Peaks. He's near Krystallus. This one would be a little hard to solo, but Wowhead has some strategies submitted by players if you want to try it. Otherwise, get a group and grab the other achievements associated with Halls of Stone: Halls of Stone, Abuse the Ooze, Brann Spankin New, Good Grief, and/or Heroic: Halls of Stone.
