The questgiver will be located in any of your side's major cities. This is easy enough! All you need to do is run into each of your opposing faction's cities and "steal" a flame from their bonfire. Completing the quest takes 5 seconds so be sure you have that much time! The bonfire itself will have the following quests:

Alliance

1. Stealing Orgrimmar's Flame The fire is located in the Valley of Wisdom
2. Stealing Thunder Bluff's Flame The fire is located on the Spirit Rise
3. Stealing Undercity's Flame The fire is located in the Courtyard

Horde

1. Stealing Darnassus's Flame The fire is located in Rut'theran Village just outside the Darnassus portal.
2. Stealing Ironforge's Flame The flame is in the Hall of the Explorers
3. Stealing Stormwind's Flame The flame is located near the Stockade instance meeting stone

Upon completion you will receive the Crown of the Fire Festival. Each flame quest will allow you to choose one of the following rewards along with 25 Burning Blossoms:

	Elderberry Pie
	Fire-toasted Bun
	Midsummer Sausage
	Toasted Smorc
	Fiery Festival Brew
	Handful of Summer Petals

Since im Horde i can only give you the cords for alliance flames.

Stormwind is North of The Mage Quarter at cords 50,73

Ironforge is in The Hall Of Explorers at cords 65,26

Darnassus is just outside the entrance at cords 64,47

The Exodar is in The Crystal Hall at 41,26

If you cant stealth of feigh death i would suggest that you go 2-3 for Ironforge and The Exodar as there are lots of guards then dont like us alot. Stormwind you can just fly over until your at the spot and then just land and take the flame and fly away again.
