Defeat Talon King Ikiss while wearing a Pilgrim's Hat and either a Pilgrim's Dress, Robe, or Attire.

You can get a Pilgrim's Hat, Pilgrim's Dress, Robe or Attire by completing the quests and dailies associated with the event.
